Job Description

· To build deep knowledge about ISBF and its programme offerings with the London School of Economics (LSE) and University of London, and to stay abreast of latest institutional developments

· Telephonic counselling of students who place enquiries, and their parents – to provide them with career guidance and relevant information about ISBF, its programmes, curriculum, faculty, teaching and learning environment, student life, career opportunities, etc.

· To guide students through the admission process, application form, scholarship application, etc.

· To write high-quality content for ISBF’s digital and physical collaterals – website, prospectuses, blogs, etc.

· To understand and contribute to ISBF’s digital marketing, social media, public relations and other communications and branding efforts

· To represent ISBF at various external platforms and events

· To learn about and contribute across marketing domains, which also include school presentations, workshops, fairs, student relations, etc.

Eligibility criteria:

· Some prior work experience, preferably in the education sector or in a marketing role

· Graduate from a top tier institution

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Mature and self-driven with the ability of handling tasks independently

· Organized worker with strong follow-up skills

· Professional and target-oriented individual, who must be a team player

· IT skills and computer proficiency – good knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel

· Familiarity with working on a CRM / ERP would be an advantage

Work Timings

Timings 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday) / 10.00am – 5.00pm (Saturday)

Salary Range – INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month plus incentives (INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month)
