- Conduct group sessions on topics like bullying prevention, peer relationships, and self-esteem.
- Individualized Education Program (IEP) Development:
- Collaborate with other facilitators to assess and identify students with special needs.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Crisis Intervention:
- Respond to crises such as grief, trauma, or emergencies affecting students.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a supportive and safe environment.
- Implement crisis management strategies and provide emotional support.
- Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs.
- Attend meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of plans for students with special needs.

Preferred candidate profile
Educational Background:

- Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field for counseling responsibilities.
- Special Education certification or relevant degree for special education responsibilities.

- Experience:
Prior experience working as a school counselor, preferably in an educational setting that includes students with diverse learning needs. - Experience as a special educator, with a focus on individualized instruction and support.
