Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of an academic associate (AA) is providing teaching support to the faculty.  In addition, AAs may also get an opportunity to assist area faculty in ongoing research projects and get research exposure across a wide range of fields such as Operations Management, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Revenue Analytics, Operations Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Service Operations Management among others.
Qualification and Personal Profile

• Master’s degree in economics, statistics, business analytics, or Industrial Engineering/Operations Research or closely related field; additionally, an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is equivalent to master’s degree from reputed business schools will also be considered. 
• The candidate should have a minimum of 55 percent marks in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. 

Duration Initially for a period of one year and extendable to a maximum period of three years.
Stipend An all-inclusive monthly stipend in the range of Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 36,000/- plus an additional housing allowance of Rs. 8,000/- based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant.
