Overall Operations

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the online department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate and provide support to Batch Coordinators, Mentors, Admission Faculties, Admin, and Team to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Serve as a communication channel between the branch and Team, facilitating effective coordination and information flow.
  • Organize and facilitate regular training sessions and opportunities for the professional growth and development of branch staff.
  • Work towards achieving Desired Admission Target, Branch Pass Percentage Target, and revenue collection goals.

Reports & Miscellaneous:

  • Prepare and provide regular reports to the regarding branch performance, challenges, improvements, and achievements.
  • Maintain regular interaction with students to identify and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor student attendance, performance, and complaints, taking necessary actions as required.
  • Track the performance of academics & online batch activities and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Organize and coordinate branch-level activities and events to enhance student engagement and overall experience.

Conflict / Escalation Resolution:

  • Address conflicts, challenges, and issues within the branch promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues that may require additional support or resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of online education platforms and technologies is a plus
