Job Description
- Facilitate the On-boarding and training Development plan for new hires (Front line Sales officers).
- To ensure delivery of Product, process Soft skill, behavioral & Sales oriented training.
- Rolling out training calendar & preparing dashboard / MIS for training related activities
- To ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations.
- Working closely with Departmental Heads/Stakeholders & Individuals to develop improvement plans.
- Conducting Assessment to measure success of Internal Sales team.
- Plan and execute various training classroom / virtual trainings
- Help central Team content development
- Taking care employment engagement activities/Initiate
- Participate in employee survey activities
