About the role
- Min 12-15 years of experience in developing and executing behavioral programs to employees across the organization.
- Experience of curating engaging and impactful behavioral training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture, specifically for mid and junior management.
- Experience of designing, developing and delivering impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.
- Develop signature program rooted in behavioral and cognitive and social skills for us to deliberate and deliver game changing impact.
- Work continuously to improve the content of the program and experience of participants.
- Should have expertise in identifying behavioral training needs, run enterprise level programs building a standard culture and tailoring content to meet specific objectives, aligned to the organization values and operating principles.
- Good knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design.
- Expertise on e-learning modules and virtual classrooms.
- NLP certification would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Identify behavioural / professional learning needs in discussion with various business units across locations.
- Convert the problem statements / learning needs identified, into relevant learning modules, by doing sufficient content research and development.
- Deliver / Facilitate sessions including various implementable frameworks, case studies / problem statements included, activities, exercises, assessments, etc.
- Identify the steps applicable to keep the knowledge live – organize brown bag and knowledge sharing sessions by trained participants, plan webinars, reinforce the approach / learning – all directed towards making a behavioural culture-shift, aligned to Incedo Way’s core workplace Skills.
