Job Responsibility

The Music Expert will be responsible for teaching instrumental & vocal music skills to children from the age of 3 years to 12 years. She/he shall be energetic, passionate, hard-working and dedicated towards the organization and its vision and mission. Following are the responsibilities of the Music Expert:

· Conduct music lessons for children from 3-12 years of age.

· Teach variety of musical instruments & vocal skills to children from beginner to advanced level.

· Plan and prepare lessons to cater to individual child’s needs.

· Improve and mentor the music talent in the children.

· Organize music shows and recitals.

· Plan daily and monthly class schedule.

· Assess children’s abilities, providing feedback and reports.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

· Graduate with diploma or degree, preferably from a recognized institute.

· Able to play various types of instruments.

· Excellent vocal as well as instrumental knowledge.

· At least 4 years of experience in teaching music.

· Experience in various forms of music such as Classical, Pop, Bollywood, Jazz etc.

· Female or male, aged 28-40 years.

· Excellent communication skills and patience.

· Able to compose tunes and stage recitals.

· Pleasing personality with professional attitude and genuine love for children.

· Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
