Orchids the International School is Hiring – Implementation Planner .

Job Overview:

The position requires the candidate to observe classes (focusing on students learning), communicate with teachers and coordinators and research current pedagogical trends.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Observe Literacy, Numeracy, EVS, Reading, Story-Telling and Rhyme classes.
• Ideate and come up with remedial classes, programmes for EYP sections.
• Write Instructional content.
• Communicate with teachers, coordinators and Principals on regular basis.
• Conduct trainings.
• Research on teaching and learning methodology, and the use of technology in education.
• Record teaching methodology videos
• Research on current pedagogy in the educational world.
• Conduct game/ product trials and provide feedback.
• Teach whenever required to test new methodologies.
• Analyze various data points to interpret student learning.

Qualifications:

• Preferably has 3-4 years experience as a coordinator
• A Bachelors/ Masters in Arts, Humanities, Education
• Computer literate
• Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
• Excellent communication skills

• Should be willing to learn
• Willing to guide and interact with students and parents
