Specific Requirements: Power Backup, High Speed Internet and Personal Computer.

Qualification: Candidates with a Graduate or Master’s Degree (those with B.Tech, M.Tech, bio-technology, English, Management, Finance, and Mass Communication as their subjects will be preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience. Can consider freshers with right qualifications and a positive attitude to learn.

We are open to recruit freshers with the right attitude and skills.

Salary range: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 24,000 per month depending upon experience, qualification, and performance in tests, Rs. 15,000 for freshers. Other benefits such as performance incentives will be paid to high performers

Salary increment: Between 10% to 15% for experienced writers in their last CTC

Daily workload: 3000 to 3500 words each day from Monday to Friday. 2000 words on Saturday

Probation period: 3 months after which the right candidate will be confirmed. Can be extended if a candidate does not perform to the set standards

Leaves: 10 sick leaves per year (paid).

Leaves after probation: 12 privilege leaves (paid) once a candidate completes probation and is confirmed

Benefits: Rs. 3 Lakh Health Insurance Cover (Would be inducted after completion of 3 months mandatory probabation period).
