Roles and Responsibilities

• We are seeking a candidate with 8~ 12 years or more of field services & product management experience in Consumer Durables/ FMCG Industry preferably with core experience in handling Franchisee service centers for Training & hands on repairs in consumer durables/ electronics.
• The role will have to do monitoring of product Quality & manpower quality at field level, Classroom training for Service partners, Technical Audit of service Franchisees processes & monitoring of service related data in the companys service software
• The role will encompass managing the Technical escalations and feedforward to Competence Manager at HO & Product Development teams for product reliability improvement as per CAPA. The role is also responsible for on field training deployment and effectiveness check on the changes in the CRM software thru continuous education of service franchisee staff

Responsibilities will, amongst other things, include:

• Assist the Competence Manager for new product testing and feedback on historical failures data to improve the new launch categories reliability
• Periodic visits to Service partners for Audit of Partner staff Technical knowledge, Education on engineering changes, new product information etc.

Experience and Background

• Graduate Engineer from a reputed Technical /Engineering institute specializing in Mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 ~ 8 years experience, preferably in product support, New product Introduction product testing, Repair analytics and Technical Training with hands-on repair experience .
