Job Description

Conduct TNA to identify soft-skill skill gaps and corresponding
training needs.
Create soft-skill training modules for the staff, modify & update content as per requirement.
Measure training effectiveness through appropriate matrices.
 

Required Candidate profile

5-7 years of experience in teaching English including of 4 years’ experience in corporate
houses.
Proven track record of working as an English Language Teacher, Blended training & classroom training .
