Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Pune. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing soft skills training programs for in-class training learners. . The Soft Skills Trainer will also be responsible for delivering training sessions and workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. Making learners job ready through Interview prep & Resume building sessions.

Qualifications

• Training and Development, Presentation Skills, and Life Skills
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills are a must
• Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver presentation.
• Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or related field
• Professional certifications in Training and Development or related field are a plus
