We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Education Telecaller Counsellor for a one-month assignment. The role is designed for individuals with a strong academic and professional background, targeting candidates with PhDs or MBAs from top-tier institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling and Outreach: Engage with prospective students, guiding them through program offerings and assisting in the application process.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential applicants, converting interest into successful enrollments.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with students, offering tailored guidance based on their academic and career aspirations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and report progress to the management team.

Requirements:

• Education: PhD or MBA from one of the top 30 business schools.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience as faculty in a B-school or with top firms in the industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Telecalling Expertise: Prior experience in telecalling or student counseling is highly desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of academic programs, particularly at the postgraduate level (PhD, MBA).

Compensation: Rs. 1.5 Lakh for the one-month assignment.
