Job Role : Team leader(Tamilnadu)
Job Location : Chennai
Qualification : Bachelor Degree (or) Masters Degree required

Responsibilities and Duties
Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of competent counsellors/DMEs,
• Responsible for Lead ïƒ Enquiry ïƒ Registrations at a centre.,
• Counsel and convert the enquiry into an enrollment/registration,
• Generate revenue and order intake, Adherence to Process and Compliance,
• Identifying and generating prospects for business.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline to secure business at all times for staffing – Needs to be result oriented.,
• Competition tracking to increase market share to ensure effective Brand positioning.,
• Provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data for purpose of Management reporting and sales forecasting.,
• To maintain relations and regular contacts with Franchise to ensure the constant flow of business and facilitate resolution of their problems.
• Relationship management – Working closely with Franchise in identifying business opportunities.
• Ensuring that the profiling of every enquiry is correctly done.,,
• Establishing connects with colleges.
• Managing the entire centre and tracking it on a daily basis.,
• Reviewing counsellor performance regularly and filling gaps, wherever required,
• Managing the entire lead management of the center on a daily basis

Essential Skill Set:

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to make presentation to a large audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong vendor relationship for Franchisees development
• Ability to negotiate terms of the agreement and close deals.
• Job requires flexible schedule and significant travel both local and outstation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per month
