Position of: Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Handling telephonic & walk-In enquiries.
* Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
* To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.
* To respond to enquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).
* Convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
* To be involved in promotional activities.
* To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
* To ensure that the admission sales targets are met for the team & individually.
* Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses
* To generate more WI and enquiries through cold calls or Data Base calls
* Daily report to supervisor on achievement of goals
* Students Instalments collection.

Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
