General roles and responsibilities:

• Counsel students to study abroad
• Active follow-up with students on the opportunities to study in the various countries abroad and assistance with applying for admission, visa, etc.
• Assistance with activities to promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company and / or provide the most suitable study options to students based on their profile
• Maintaining records of students counseled and applications sent to the universities abroad
• Ready to work with targets
• Liaising by phone, email, with overseas institutions represented
• Undertaking project work as decided by the management
• Assisting with the general running of office to ensure smooth operations

Skills required:

• Good communication skills and should be able to converse well with students and parents
• Organized and structured in work
• Ready to go the extra mile to assist students
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and preferably Excel
• Good knowledge of using internet with ease and be able to research information about Universities, courses, etc.
• Good writing skills
• Must have good patience, be a team member

Candidates with previous experience with study abroad consulting companies will be preferred
