Here are some of the responsibilities:
- Lead the entire school Operations, maintenance, and administration functions. Managing the cross functional work like, warehouse, transportation, inventory & housekeeping.
- Managing vendors and negotiating rates and delivery terms & conditions.
- Assist in calendar management and meeting logistics.
- Manage travel bookings.
- Cross collaborating, planning, and support including All Hands, morale events, and other group meetings as needed
- Work with Real Estate and facilities team for workplace improvement and management.
- Purchasing equipment, services and supplies, creating purchase orders, managing accruals and processing invoices.
- Manage new employee onboarding, shift rostering, reporting allowances to payment team and facilitating transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
