IILM University Gurugram has been established under the private University Act (Amendment) 2018 of Government of Haryana. IILM University is a leading university, strategically located in the corporate hub of Gurugram on the Golf Course road. The IILM University houses the School of Management, School of Law and School of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences delivering programs at every academic tier in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP). The green campus of IILM University also runs an incubator to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among students and staff.

The School of Management runs BBA, MBA and Ph.D. programs offering world class course curriculum, infrastructure, training and co-curricular activities for the students to excel in their career pursuits. Minimum Educational Qualification

Ph.D. Degree in Business, Management, Technology related discipline or Allied areas;

A Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks (or equivalent grade)

Experience

A minimum of eight years of teaching and research experience in an academic or research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the research carried out during the Ph.D. program

Publications

High quality publication in reputed journals; Evidence of published work in the form of a research paper, article, book, policy etc.
