Job Description: IILM is looking for Senior Placement Managers for School of Engineering, School of Law and School of Management. The candidates should be highly motivated, seasoned corporate professionals from specific domain who can establish strong relationships with companies and execute exemplary campus placement activities for the students of IILM. The Key role is to bring in new companies and manage relationships with existing corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• The post-holder will have overall responsibility for identifying and fulfilling the placement requirements of students of IILM across all campuses.
• Establish Strong Interface and rapport with Companies/ Industries/ Associations.
• Improve the quality of placements in terms of job opportunities, quality of companies that visit the campus and increase the average salaries year on year
• Ensure that the pre-placement offers are instituted and systemized by increasing the highest package
• Responsible for organizing summer and winter internships in companies that are most likely to offer conversion into final placements, as much as possible.
• To ensure that all placement activity records are accurate and remain up-to-date on the placement portal.
• Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership
• Alumni Engagement

Requirements

• An MBA (Marketing and Sales) with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Corporate Sales from a reputed firm.
• Excellent relevant industry network with proven outreach and collaboration record
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.

Position 3: Placement Manager for School of Engineering,

Position 4: Placement Manager for School of Law

Job Location: Greater Noida, Gurugram, Delhi

Job Description: IILM is looking for self-motivated, Placement Managers for its three campuses in Delhi – NCR who can device new initiatives for on-boarding Companies and expand internships and campus placement opportunities for students. The role involves working closely with program Director and placement team to develop and deliver a strategic and operational plan to enhance student employability, with a focus on key corporate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Industry outreach, relationship building with existing companies and onboarding new companies to offer better placement opportunities to students
• To collect the job announcement/description – requirements, job details, and specifications from the representatives of each interested organization and share the same with the students through the placement portal.
• Conducting Job placement activities, follow up and maintaining records
• Responsible for organizing summer and winter internships in companies that are most likely to offer conversion into final placements, as much as possible.
• Track all placements through in house placement portal.
• Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements
• Organize pre-placement, pre-internship skill development programs.
• Arrange Industry Visits for students, organize seminars, invite industry experts for Guest Lectures

Requirements
