Position: Deputy Director to Chairperson

Job Description:
IILM is looking for a young professional about 40 years to join the Chairperson’s office as Deputy Director. The role involves assisting the chairperson in administering K-12 Schools.
The ideal candidate should have worked at a senior level in a K – 12 school preferably as an Administrator or a Vice Principal. The candidate should have a sound knowledge of academic systems and processes in a K – 12 schools including admissions and recruitment of teachers.
Requirements:
- Post graduate with 10 years of experience in a K-12 school with minimum five years at a senior level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with ability to collaborate effectively.
- Sound working knowledge of ERP systems and digital systems.
