We are looking for dynamic candidates for the post of Student Counsellor.

• Any degree with decent percentage.
• Must be fluent in English and any other south Indian languages.

• Responsible to manage & convert the leads.
• Provide in-depth information to prospective candidates includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
• Identify references through the existing students database to increase the sales on a regular basis.

• Engage in effective communication till the time the student is onboarded and thereafter support.
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.

• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets / deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
