Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience working with Education Domain (Preferred) in Outbound / Inbound sales.
• Passionate about career in Sales only.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation.
• Computer Proficiency must be there. ( Google Sheets, Ms Off, Email, and Internet)
• Ability to remain neutral when dealing with sensitive situations.
• Excellent tact, diplomacy and conflict resolution skill.
• Empathetic and sociable.
• Attentive to details.
• Independent Player and collaboratively with other team members.
• Able to meet aggressive deadline.

Skills : To call prospective students & explain those about courses features and services offered. To attend the walk-ins and convert into registrations. To convince the candidates and sell courses. To support in marketing activities. To bring new ideas/ concepts of increasing business.

Job Description

• Maintain a Constant Communication Channel with Leads Through Phone, Email, Chat and Social. Media During the Pre and Post-sales Processes.
• Maintain a Detailed Database of all the Interactions with the Leads and Provide Constant. Feedback to the Student Experience Manager in Order to Optimize Lead Closure.
• To Develop and Maintain a Positive Working Relationship with the Students.
• Can Handle Sales Team Effectively. and Get Out the Result from Them.
