Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FEMALE Academic Counsellor. You will be the face and voice of the institution as you will communicate with Prospective students / guardians and other stakeholders for providing information related to our programmes and enrol students.

Interested candidate MUST appear for interview. Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle telephonic enquiries

• Provide information about courses and the institution
• Manage leads on the CRM
• Lead generation through cold calling
• Achieve enrollment targets (End to End Sales)
• Handle the general office upkeep and any other administrative task that may be required from time to time

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a graduate in ANY stream
• Should be well versed with CRM, Social Media, MS Excel, Google Sheets.

• Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali.
• Experience in the education sector is mandatory.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capacity
• Must have the ability to take ethical, independent decisions, work effectively with deadlines, and coordinate with the team.
