We are searching for a skilled counsellor to help provide direction and support to our company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate with customers. The successful candidate will also be friendly and professional, with outstanding people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Career Counselling
• Counselling prospective students/clients on various corporate training courses.
• Recording feedback and contact details of each inquiry
• Making the inquiry & admission related daily reports
• Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counselling walk-ins
• Talking & recording references from the inquiries for increasing walk-ins
• Submit daily, weekly & monthly reports on counselling-related activities.
• Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business, inquiries, and admissions.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, go-getter, pleasant personality
• Experience in calling/indirect/ counselling/ sales is preferred
• Experience 0-2 yrs
• Telugu and English communication is must.
• Only females are applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
