Job Description

We want to hire English teacher from icse & isc background and who can teach English upto class 12. Should must provide well prepared notes to senior classes either in form of digital or printed form. 

Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
 Deliver engaging and effective lectures on English literature and language.
 Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams.
 Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
 Encourage student participation and facilitate classroom discussions.
 Incorporate educational technology into teaching methods.
 Collaborate with other faculty members to align curriculum and teaching strategies.
 Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
 Attend faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
 Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
 Support students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills.
 Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to English literature.
 Stay updated on educational best practices and new teaching methods.
 Address and resolve any classroom management issues.
 Prepare students for standardized tests and college entrance exams.
 Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
 Encourage a love of reading and writing among students.
 Provide additional support and tutoring to students as needed.
 Participate in school events and activities.
