Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching assigned courses, conducting research and publishing scholarly work, advising and mentoring students, and providing service to the department, the college, and the profession.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-specific knowledge in the relevant fields of teaching of MBA /PGDM operations subjects
• Ability to design and deliver high-quality lectures, presentations and assessment materials.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students at the postgraduate level.
• Strong research track record with demonstrated ability to conduct independent and collaborative research and publish in leading academic journals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and leadership skills.
• PhD and equivalent Post Graduate degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.

Additional qualifications and experience in project management, entrepreneurship, and international education would be beneficial.
