IES OVERSEAS provides services such as study Visa, spouse Visa, Tourist Visa, Visitor Visa, Open work visa and PR.

We are looking for an individual who will be able to handle to walk-ins in an efficient manner along with guiding them with their requirements. Someone who is hard working, takes initiatives, who wants to learn and can grow with Company.

Location – Doraha, Punjab, India

Compensation : ₹*1,20,000 to *₹1,44,000 per annum

Roles & Responsibilities –

· Attend walk-in and guide the potential students individually, assess the profile & counsel them throughout their visa application.

· Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

· Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make a right choice & the right decision. Able to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead.

· Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

· Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

· Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs and maintain the accurate & latest Study Abroad database.

· Following up with candidates by calls and emails and meet the assigned targets.

· Able to research and keep herself/himself updated with immigrations laws & travel requirements.

Requirements:

· Any Graduate

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Good Communication skills.

· Presentable

· 2-4 Years of experience as a Visa Counsellor.

Compensation – Earn Fixed salary + Incentives
