IELTS Trainer Hiring for Job at Karnal Full Time

• Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students.
• Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.
• Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
• Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS.
• Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

Design content, PPT, Mock Test, Workbook, Handbook & Question Paper as per the task allocated and submit the same on a timely basis as per the deadline

Track the data of students walking in for demo in coordination with the front office, ensure that the demo gets converted, and submit a weekly report on the conversions made thereon

Contributes to revenue generation by Taking second level counseling, Taking Strategy sessions, and demo classes.

Taking seminars at various institutions.

Prepare the monthly schedule of delivery with relevant details of modules, strictly abide by the same

Schedule help sessions for slow learners and encourage them to participate in the same

Encourage all the students to take weekly mock tests, track their performance and discuss the strategies for improvement thereon Encourage the students to use the online portals (if available), suggest relevant websites for practice and share add on content

Use approved handouts uniformly in all the centers

Maintain a very positive and enthusiastic countenance and conduct an interactive session with a special focus on slow learners

Take complete ownership of one on one students and ensure that the allocated students successfully complete all the modules without fail

Evaluate/Proofread the existing content (both online and offline) as per the task allocated Write articles/ blogs as per the task allocated should have experience in teaching IELTS, GRE, GMAT.

Should have experience in Communication skills or soft skills training in the education sector.
