It has partnered with 14 state governments, various private schools including the 3 of the top 10 ranked schools & work extensively as a technical partner of UNICEF, India.Education:  MBA-HR preferred but not a prerequisite.Roles & Responsibilities:Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsTake ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsPerform reference checks as neeFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsManage onboarding and new hire processStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsRemuneration: Rs

5-7 lakh annual CTC (depending on the experience)Experience/ Commencement: – 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a startup.-We would prefer someone with strong hands-on experience in using recruitment tools and platforms-We are looking for someone who can join us on an immediate basis-experience in recruiting product and technology teams.Location: Hybrid with New Delhi as the location (Work from home till January, 2022).
