Position Purpose:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be working closely with IDP:IELTS test centers across the globe – you will train our teams to use IELTS ‘latest test platforms and help them transition from existing test platforms to our new ones. You will feedback to our product teams on user expectations and requirements to help us deliver an outstanding customer experience.
