Knowledge about Climate Change, Environment and Sustainability is essential combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting is required.Eligibility :·        Bachelor’s Degree.·        Master’s Degree preferred.·        Previous experience in a teaching or mentoring (2-5 Years).Responsibilities :·        Support lead educators in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.·        Assist in preparing materials used in lesson plans such as copies for workbook and printouts for homework assignments·        Design and develop engaging and comprehensive course curricula.·        Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth execution of course materials and activities.·        Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.·        Organize workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their skills and teaching methodologies.·        Maintain classroom attendance records·        Assess each student’s progress through assessments and have awareness of students who need additional guidance·        Assist the Professor by grading assignments and recording homework and tests scoresSkills Required :·        Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).·        A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teaching.·        A strong background in education and proven experience in course coordination.·        Excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple aspects of the educational program.·        Ability to prioritize several activities seamlessly and support the teacher in instances that are exceptionally busy·        Innovative mindset and ability to introduce modern teaching techniques.·        Passion for creating a positive impact on students’ lives and fostering a love for learning.·        Aptitude for Research & Development and Innovation.Remuneration : Negotiable at the time of interview.Interested candidates may submit their application with testimonials and relevant documents latest by 28 th August 2023.
