This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Delhi Area for a Training Placement Officer. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for leading campus placements, communicating with colleges and students, developing soft skills trainings programs, and delivering training to students.

Role & responsibilities

1. Must be carrying robust IT / Non IT client connection and database

2. Geographical knowledge should be there for Northern part of India

3. Open to reach out new / existing employers to maintain corporate relationships in the respective zone e.g. industrial hubs inside Delhi City

4. Willing to travel to visit every month at different franchise network area of UP, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Panjab, Haryana, Rajasthan & Jammu etc

5. Excellent peer management & negotiation skills 

6. Must carry the experience of freshers & experienced placements in different corporates & other Industries

7. Ready to work with targets and having the team management skills 

8. Open minded & goal oriented

Duties

1. Good knowledge in MSO, G Suits & Web browsing 

2. Excellent communication skills for industry collaboration & people management 

Qualifications

Experience in campus placement and college recruiting

Excellent communication skills

Experience in developing and delivering soft skills training programs

Experience in training and development

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Knowledge of the vocational training and placement industry is a plus.

Must Have:

Freshers/ overall 3-5 years of experience.

For experienced candidates minimum 1-2 years of experience in placement industry.

0-15 days joiners preferred.
