Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Trainer specializing in Finance and Accounting to join our team. The Master Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs focused on financial accounting practices, SAP, Tally, GST, tax compliance, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and training delivery, coupled with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training programs on financial accounting principles, including SAP and Tally software utilization, GST regulations, tax compliance, and other relevant topics.
2. Create engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations, manuals, simulations, and e-learning modules, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.
3. Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and self-paced online courses.
4. Assess training needs through consultation with finance and accounting professionals, department heads, and management.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.
6. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
7. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance with financial concepts or software applications.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance and accounting training initiatives with other organizational development efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, taxation, or related areas.
3. Proficiency in SAP and Tally software applications, with the ability to navigate and demonstrate key functionalities to learners.
4. Thorough understanding of GST regulations, tax compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards.
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners in various learning environments.
7. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
8. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing others in the finance and accounting field.
