Role & responsibilities –

• Engage with students through phone calls, emails, or chat platforms.
• Listen actively to clients concerns, needs, and preferences.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor throughout interactions.
• Make outbound calls from provided lists or databases.
• Initiate conversations to introduce the institution and its programs.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and other relevant details.
• Clarify doubts and answer questions regarding the institutions offerings.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience in the educational sector or knowledge of educational programs is a plus.
• Generating leads and convert the leads into admission
