Your Role and Responsibilities

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, IT Service Management procedures (e.g., CAPA, Change Management) and/or IT Risk Management.
• Life Sciences GxP industry skilled experience working as a Quality, Compliance, or Validation Specialist professional.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of combined experienced working with and knowledge of Software Quality Assurance/Computer System Validation industry best practices,
• 8+ years’ experience authoring, updating, and reviewing SDLC documentation (e.g., test plan, requirements specifications, traceability matrix, etc.).
• 8+ years IT delivery services support (track/drive SDLC deliverables, CAPA, Change Management, QMS compliance).
• Fluent in English, excellent written communication with emphasis in attention to details and assuring adherence to Quality Management practices and standards.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fast-learner and proven critical-thinker; able to assess complex issues and mitigate risk, skilled in analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement and oversight
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and organization skills; comfortable with coaching, teaching and monitoring QMS best practices.
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
