About us:
Hello Teacher Academy is an online tutoring academy providing personalized, curriculum-specific support to students across international boards including IB, IBDP, IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level, CBSE, and ICSE. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IBDP Math Tutor who can teach students in a clear, structured, and exam-focused way.
Role overview:
We are hiring an IBDP Math Tutor to teach students online through 1-on-1 sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain advanced mathematical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
Preference will be given to candidates who are school teachers or have prior teaching experience with IB students.
Responsibilities:
- Teach IBDP Mathematics online
- Support students with concept clarity, problem-solving, and exam preparation
- Plan and deliver structured lessons based on student needs
- Help students with revision, past paper practice, and internal assessments
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and result-oriented teaching style
- Track student progress and provide feedback when needed
Requirements
Must have:
- Strong knowledge of IBDP Maths
- Prior teaching experience with IBDP students
- Ability to explain advanced mathematical concepts clearly
- Comfortable teaching online
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching setup
Preferred:
- School teacher with IB experience
- Experience teaching both HL and SL Maths
- Strong exam-focused teaching background
