Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IBDP & IGCSE Spanish Teacher based in Bengaluru. The teacher will deliver high-quality instruction in Spanish while preparing lesson plans aligned to the IBDP and IGCSE curriculum standards. Responsibilities include designing curricula, guiding students through assessments, providing tutoring support where necessary, and fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the Spanish language and culture. Teachers are expected to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students’ academic growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Spanish Teaching and Tutoring, with fluency in written and spoken Spanish
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored for the IBDP and IGCSE curricula
• Strong Teaching skills, with the ability to create an interactive and inclusive classroom environment
• Understanding of assessment practices and techniques for evaluating student progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related discipline; a teaching certification is preferred
• Prior experience in teaching Spanish within international curricula (IBDP or IGCSE) is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
