Job Title IB PYP Hindi Teacher Job Summary The IB PYP Hindi Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education in accordance with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme with a specific focus on the Hindi language and its integration into the curriculum This role includes creating a stimulating learning environment fostering international-mindedness and supporting the development of students linguistic and cultural awareness Key Responsibilities Curriculum Planning and Delivery Develop and implement a comprehensive inquiry-based curriculum in line with the IB PYP framework incorporating Hindi language and culture Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking communication skills and intercultural understanding Assessment and Reporting Design and administer assessments to evaluate students progress in Hindi language and cultural knowledge Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance International-Mindedness Foster an international-minded perspective among students encouraging respect for diverse cultures and global awareness Integrate global and local issues into the curriculum where relevant Classroom Management Maintain a safe inclusive and well-organized learning environment Manage classroom behavior and student interactions effectively Professional Development Stay updated on IB PYP principles and practices including attending relevant workshops and training Continuously develop and refine teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes Collaboration Collaborate with other PYP teachers and staff to ensure a coherent and transdisciplinary approach to education Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and engage in parent-teacher conferences Cultural Enrichment Organize cultural events activities or field trips to enhance students understanding of Hindi language and culture Resource Management Effectively use teaching materials and resources including textbooks technology and other educational tools Qualifications A Bachelor s degree in Hindi is a must Teaching certification and or licensure as required by local regulations Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and its principles Proficiency in Hindi language including reading writing and speaking Strong intercultural and communication skills Classroom management and instructional planning expertise Commitment to ongoing professional development Skills hindi teacher hindi teaching ib pyp hindi foundit
