Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Childcare Worker to join our team at IAN Institute of Rehabilitation & Research in Thrissur. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to children with disabilities, helping them to reach their full potential. The Childcare Worker will be responsible for providing physical, emotional, and educational support to the children, as well as helping them to develop their social and communication skills.
QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with children of all ages and abilities
Knowledge of child development and special needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
Ability to work flexible hours
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
First Aid and CPR certification
Relevant qualifications in childcare or special needs
