An exciting opportunity has arisen for Admissions Executive to join the iae GLOBAL India branch office in Mumbai. An ideal candidate’s overall responsibility would be to analyze and evaluate student’s documents for admission into their desired university/college. Some of the detailed tasks include, but not limited to:

Designation: Education Counsellor / Study Abroad Counsellor
Number of Positions: 3
Work Experience: 1+ years as Education Counsellor / Study Abroad Counselor
Work Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the student profile for various options available as per our partner institutions.
• Analyse the applications of prospective students based on the standard admission guidelines.
• Assist in assessing and processing applications for completeness.
• Maintain all the existing and new student files in proper order for review by the other departments.
• Maintain the student records in the excel sheet as per their level in the process.
• Conduct GTE checks and financial records of the student.
• Audio/video call of the prospective applicants for interview preparation.
• Submit applications on the portals of colleges/universities.
• Work closely with other departments to keep close communication between them and the admissions office.
• Other admission tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills and Experience Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Minimum one year work experience in international education industry, preferably in the popular countries – Australia, Canada, UK, US, New Zealand.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effective and precise information within the team and the organization.
• Ability to gather data, compile information and generate reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail
• Flexible and comfortable working in a team.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills

Joining: Immediate

Salary: As per previous work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
