Experience: Min Fresher to 2year

Job Responsibilities:

•       Provide quotes to find the best value options

available and make bookings for transport,

accommodation, sightseeing activities and other

travel related activities a client may need.

•       Handling traveller queries and taking travel

requirements Understand clients requirement and

offer packages accordingly Coordinating with

operations team.

•       Handling operations/sales for outbound tour

enquiries Create bookings / reservations for

customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel

booking and customization of international /

outbound tour packages.

•       Informing clients about the cancellation policy,

including salient dates and all penalties.

•       Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated

smoothly

Skills:

•      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•      Ability to lead and inspire a team.

•      Proficient in using travel industry software and tools.

Familiarity with Indian Holiday packages regulations and standards.

Education: Travel Tourism Background only
