POSITION: CRE / Customer Support Executive Inbound Process

Salary: CTC- 18,000 (PF+ESI+Statutory Bonus+PT)

In hand Salary: 14,500

CRE / CRE Customer Support

Level: L1 / L2

Reports To: Team Leader / Senior Team Leader

Education Qualification: Minimum 2 nd PUC / 10 + 2 and above

Age: Max 32 years

Work experience: Fresher / Tele calling experience

Job Description

  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Achieving the process targets given by Team leader
  • Candidates require to drive the technical support operational tasks.
  • When require, pick the inbound calls, and gather necessary customer information about caller and process

it through the CRM tool

  • Validate customer information with our CRM tool and create a S.R. on CRM on behalf of the customer.
  • Effective communication (English) and customer handling skills are desired
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Candidate would require working in Support Environment

Languages

Good English + Any Regional Languages

Location: AKR Infinity Sy No 113, Krishna Reddy Industrial Are, 7th mile Hosur road, Bangalore -560068

Working Hours

9.00 to 06.00/ 10.00 to 07.00 / 11.00 to 08.00 with 5 days working and 2 days rotational off.
