Key Objective: Accountable for the delivery of the course curriculum and student learning in the organization. The aim of the position is to create better opportunities for students, for individual and organizational growth.
Role Description:
· Teaching Load: Effective class room delivery of subjects (Including theory class and lab) assigned.
· Prepare Course file
. Prior to commencement of semester (before specified date) to HOD.
· Prepare and submit Question Paper 3 days prior to exam for the respective subject internals to the examination branch.
· Slip Test: To conduct Minimum 2 slip tests per subject per semester and evaluation as per schedule (3 days after exam). Submission of the Students test marks to HOD as per deadline mentioned in Notice.
· Assignment: Minimum 4 assignments per subject per semester (2 assignments per mid exam) on regular basis to be assigned to students.
· Seminar/Technical fest/Workshop/Industrial Visit, Annual day etc.: Contribute and assist in organizing the activities for smooth flow and guide students when required.
· Projects: Guide minimum two Projects (max. 3 in each batch) per semester. Also assigned by HOD every year.
· To work towards overall improvement of students on course curriculum and classroom performance.
· Maintain Cordial atmosphere (Discipline) in the classroom
· Maintain Attendance Records, submit consolidated class report to HOD and get it approved every fortnight. Later handover the registers to concerned person in examination branch.
· Maintain records of student marks (MIS of the assigned class/Automation) – attendance, sessional marks, internal marks, project delivery status, overall mark – submitted to HOD every fortnight/month (30th).
· Evaluation of answer sheets in campus, get acknowledgement on consolidated marks sheet from HOD & Principal and submission to the concerned person in examinations branch 3/4 days after the internal tests are completed.
· Categorize students according to A,B,C,D and L,M,N,O,P after the each mid exams and submit to the HOD within 5 working days.
· Prepare weekly report of daily activities and share it with reporting head every fortnight.
· Attend faculty meetings every fortnight and minutes to be sent to the reporting head.
· Understand and work on the goal setting & performance plan as communicated by reporting head & submit the progress report every quarter.
· Attend Faculty training as per schedule & ensure attendance is maintained.
· Attend the faculty development activities as per schedule.
· Co-ordinate and assist in organizing expert lectures.
· Counseling and motivating the students.
· Assist to make alternate arrangements in the absence of faculty.
· Assist in Invigilation during examinations.
· Guiding students as mentor as communicated by management (If Assigned).
· Executing all the other related activities and tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
