Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Intern – TA & Bench Sales role is a hybrid position based in Jaipur, with an option for some remote work. The intern will assist in talent acquisition (TA) activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. They will support bench sales by reaching out to potential employers, maintaining communication with existing placement partners, and preparing accurate candidate profiles. The role involves ensuring a positive candidate experience, updating databases, working with internal teams, and completing administrative HR tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Background in Education or familiarity with Hiring processes and coordination
- Understanding of basic Mathematics and ability to manage data or metrics effectively
- Ability to multitask, work in diverse environments, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar project management and productivity tools
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with attention to detail and organization
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related areas
