Role : Logical Reasoning Expert

Overview : We’re launching a new category i.e. UPSC Civil Services Aptitude Test and looking for a team who can help us in delivering the quality content to the aspirants. This is one of the toughest exams in India where the success ratio is ~ 0.01%. Currently, around 10 lakhs apply for this exam and total market size for this exam is $0.25 Bn.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Content analysis : Understanding the latest pattern of the exam. Detailed research and analysis of different aspects keeping in mind the evolving pattern of the exam. Involves discussion and suggestions with the team lead.

Content creation : This role involves developing high quality exclusive content for CSAT(Civil Services Aptitude Test). Preparing and writing unique solutions to previous year questions. Work on Subject & Exam specific content i.e books/study material/notes etc.

Content review : Assuring each piece of the content must be reviewed and discussed with the team lead before finalizing the content.

Qualifications:

Exams Qualified: Must have Qualified the CAT(Common Admission Test) in the recent three years with good overall percentile.

Graduation: Any graduate

Experience: Only Freshers can apply

Required Skills : Excellent communication skills (well versed in English and Hindi), Problem Solving, Decision making, organizational skills.

Remuneration : CTC upto 15 lakhs

Monday to Saturday

10-7 pm

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (No work from home allowed)

Salary: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
