Job Description

Design, develop & deliver training deliverables like QRGs, QVGs, Digital Adoption tools
Develop eLearning
Manage LMS and Digital platform
Facilitate Virtual Instructor Led training
Sessions on ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
Conduct audits/assessments

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 6 years of experience in HR systems training, Success Factors & LMS
Strong understanding of HR systems & processes
Exposure to Service Now, Adobe suite, Captivate & Camtastia will be a plus
