Office location: Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai (onsite 5 day workweek)Candidate’s current ctc band preferred: 8-13 lacs per annumJob Summary: Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist who will be a key advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to build & execute strategies that promote diversity and create an inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:1> Diversity & Inclusion Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to integrate diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the business.2> Training and Education:Design and deliver training programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion for employees at all levels.
Raise awareness and educate employees on the importance of diversity and fostering an inclusive culture.3>Employee Resource Groups (ERGs):Establish and support Employee Resource Groups to enhance inclusivity and provide a platform for employee voices. Collaborate with ERGs to address specific diversity and inclusion needs.4>Metrics and Reporting:Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prepare regular reports on diversity-related metrics for leadership.5> Recruitment and Retention:Partner with HR and recruitment teams to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
Implement strategies to retain diverse talent and foster an inclusive workplace.6> Policy Development:Review and update HR policies to ensure they align with diversity and inclusion goals. Propose and implement new policies to enhance inclusivity.7> Community Engagement:Represent the organization in external diversity and inclusion initiatives and forums. Collaborate with local communities and organizations to promote diversity and inclusionQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Diversity & Inclusion, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles.
In-depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
