Dear Candidates,Hiring forFacilitator forILAPat least one year of experience working as a Special Education Teacher or working directly with children with special needs.Qualifications Basic graduation Certification in Special Education with emphasis on Early Childhood Years (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) *Coming from a psychology background will be an added advantage.Experience:At six months to at least one year of experience working as a Special Education Teacher or working directly with children with special needsWork Timings 8:30 AM 5:30 PM /9 AM 6 PM/ 10:00 AM 7:00 PMMain Responsibilities of a facilitator in the classroom is to help his/her student:Collaborating with parents, psychologists and designer understand the core learning and care needs of the child from the parents and the therapistsImplementILAPas suggested by the designer and team to provide the requisite safe and learning environment to the childTake care of the specific feed/nap requirements of the childRecord the developmental progress and challenges faced if anyShare feedback with the stakeholders on the decided frequencystay focused incase of incidents or any challenges, takes appropriate actions and report to all the stakeholdersParticipate in the PTC along with the assessorparticipate appropriately inILAPzoneIndividual ResponsibilitiesBe a team player who can work with other teachers and centre staffArrive on time for work or contact the Center when delayedBe reliable in attendance and give ample notice for absencesCome to work with a positive attitudeApproach criticism with a learning attitudeCommunicate directly and avoid gossipThanks and RegardsSana Khanhidden_mobileHrHeadHRGlobe Recruitment servicehidden_email
