Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role in a school setting is preferred.Job Summary:The Senior Coordinator is a key leadership position within the school responsible for overseeing the educational and administrative functions of the senior wing. This role also includes conducting Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) classes in a specialized subject area. The Senior Coordinator collaborates closely with the Director Principal to ensure the successful operation of the senior wing and the academic excellence of students.PGT Teaching:Conduct Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) classes in the specialized subject area, delivering high-quality instruction to senior wing students. Develop lesson plans, assessments, and materials to facilitate effective teaching and learning.Academic Oversight:Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with academic standards and objectives. Monitor and evaluate the academic progress of students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary interventions. Work with teaching staff to promote innovative and effective teaching methodologies.Administrative Management:Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the senior wing, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.Collaborate with the Director Principal to establish and enforce school policies and procedures. Assist in the recruitment and training of teaching staff for the senior wing.Student Support: Provide guidance and counseling to senior wing students as needed, addressing academic and behavioral concerns. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student development. Parent and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of student progress and school activities.
