• Willing to work full time as a Data Science program Manager/ Academic and content delivery/ End to End Curriculum delivery and management
• Strong knowledge in Data Science/ Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence
• Team handling experience.

Kra

• Own the quality of end to end learning content and experience for our AI DS programs for international markets
• Lead the team of data scientists that deliver the academic aspects of the program – learning material, mentoring, learning support, and learning analytics
• Lead the strategic initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience/satisfaction, learner engagement, and learning outcome parameters
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving and evolving learning material like video material, codes, case studies, projects, etc.
• Lead efforts towards evolving various instruments/initiatives like hackathons, conferences, panel discussions, industry sessions, ad-hoc competitions etc.
• Lead innovation initiatives by cross-pollination of ideas and knowledge with the in-house data science teams and industry partners to aid in delivering solutions as well as develop new learning material
• Lead the efforts towards developing new products/programs to drive business growth
• Lead the collaboration with senior faculty, industry experts, and mentors to deliver various projects aimed at creating or improving learning journeys/interventions across various programs
• Lead the team to deliver a support experience by ensuring timely response and feedback on all academic queries from learners
• Lead learning analytics initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience through machine learning-based solutions using various learner engagement signals
